  • Search Attendance Entry
  • This takes you right to the screen
  • Student Information Systems – Grade Book – Elementary Grade Book

  • Displays '*" if letter need to be sent.
  • Displays attendance last letter sent.
  • This is at the bottom of the page.

  • Select "All" to see all students with qualified number of absences or to re-print letter
  • Select Letter to be sent (1, 2 or 3).  Students with the number of qualified absences per letter and if the letter has not been sent it will display.
  • Check in the box next to the student and click Print.  A PDF will be created and an intervention will be created.
  • Teachers will send Letter 1.  School Administration will send letters 2 and 3.
  • Letter one signature comes from your Preference Page in your grade book, it is under “Names on Reports”.
  • Click on Desired Class to display absence details.
