ID Badge Management

Administrators may request ID badges from the Human Resources Department for new or replacement ID badges, or communicate to Security to change key card access through the use of this form. 

Two classes of badges are available – employee badges and location specific badges (for visitors, SRO’s, etc.). On this system you will also be able to track the requests that have been made, monitor access activity associated with an employee’s key card badge, and assign out your location specific badges.

A location badge will display the location’s logo (if on file) rather than a picture of an individual and can be assigned to a person or entity.
